Tai Nguyen
Advisor

Tai Nguyen bridges the gap between technical innovation, institutional capital, boardroom management, and grit-driven entrepreneurship. An engineer by training and a founder at heart, Tai’s career spans the entire lifecycle of value creation—from designing intricate engineering systems and navigating the complexities of wall street capital markets to driving growth as a C-suite executive.

Beyond his corporate tenure, Tai has lived the founder’s journey firsthand, having launched, scaled, and exited his own renewable energy firm. This rare blend of institutional rigor and “in-the-trenches” operational experience makes him a vital partner for founders navigating the high-stakes transition from early-stage builds to global scale.

Currently, Tai is focused on the frontier of the energy transition, architecting AI-driven platforms designed to decentralize and scale renewable power. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
“We are excited to welcome Gregg and Tai Nguyen to our advisory team as we prepare for upcoming partnerships, funding rounds, and product enhancements with some of our portfolio companies.

Together, we will continue to work toward our mission to bring revolutionary companies to market.” -M. Lee
